Helsingborg is a city in Sweden’s Scania region, located on the Øresund Strait. It’s just across the water from Helsingør, Denmark, connected by a 20-minute ferry that is one of the busiest in the world. There are some great places to run in Helsingborg, highlighted by: a ‘runseeing‘ tour incorporating a castle, waterfront paths, and three pretty parks; a ‘linear park‘ route south of the city, and forest parks just west of the city. Just north of the city, there’s wonderful waterfront running in Råå. We also recommend taking the ferry to Helsingør, for a fantastic run around the castle, waterfront, and several other lovely spots!
