Hutan Bandar is a small forest park, centrally located in Johor Bahru. It’s a good spot for a run on a hot day, as the park is nicely shaded. One can do 1-2 km around the lush, wooded trails of the park.
Hutan Bandar is only 1.5 away from Merdekla Park. In theory, it would be nice to combine the two, but the road connecting parks lacks a sidewalk. So if you have a car, drive from one to the other and do a combo run!
