Liepāja Seaside Park is the signature run in Liepāja. The park runs for 4 km along Liepāja Beach. There are paved multi-use paths through the park, mainly wooded with some glimpses of the beach and the Baltic Sea. There’s a running track near the northern end at the ~1 km mark. The north end of the park is near the Swan Pond tourist attraction, and the south end is near the southern forts.
The wide beach is also runnable, with firm sand (situational). The beach extends south of the southern end of the park for several km. So it’s fun to combine the park and beach for runs of various lengths.
Note: Often very windy, especially at the beach!
