Salt Creek Levee Trail

Google Street View

The Salt Creek Levee Trail is a decent spot for an off-road run in Lincoln. The path, which is mainly crushed limestone, runs just above Salt Creek between Oak Lake Park and Wilderness Park. The terrain is quite open, with some views of the narrow creek. There are some sections that are a bit industrial. It’s up to 4.3 miles one-way, and can be combined with some of the trails around Oak Lake, or, at the south end, Wilderness Park and the Bison Trail.

Add-Ons: North end: trails around Oak Lake. South end: trails in Wilderness Park and the Bison Multi-Use Trail.
