While this won’t win any awards for scenery, the area around National Olympic Stadium is a good spot to get in some running laps. Located off Charles de Gaulle Blvd., the stadium features an excellent running track that is open to the public when not being used for soccer or other athletic events.

A popular route for runners is the 1.4 km loop on the Olympic Pathway road around the perimeter of the Stadium. There’s a separate lane cordoned off for pedestrians. There are also some paths inside the road through parking lots that can be used when not busy. Runners also do some of the ramps and stairs in the stadium to get some hill work in.
