There’s nice running in Saint-Cyprien, a coastal town known for its long beach and scenic port. We’ve put together two routes that can be run separately or combined: A 5 km waterfront promenade; and just south of there, paths along a marina and lagoon. Combining the two routes would be a 16 km run.

Waterfront Promenade (Baladoir de Saint-Cyprien plage)

This wide, paved promenade runs along Saint-Cyprien beach for 5 km. It’s a festive scene in good weather, and there are excellent views of the beach and the Mediterranean. The path runs from the port/marina (Tourist Office) north to Rue Jouy d’Arnaud. Note: The beach is wide and sandy, but the composition of the sand isn’t great for running.

Port and Lagoon Route

From the Tourist Office, you can also do a nice run around the port (Port de Saint-Cyprien Méditerranée). Follow our mapped route for ~2 km on paths along the marina, where you can enjoy nice views of the water and lots of boats! Then, continue south for another 2 km along the east side of the marina, which is also like a small lagoon. This is also a popular residential area, with attractive waterfront homes.
