Scenic running through grassland/prairie just west of Calgary Airport along the Nose Creek Parkway, through several parks. Another option is the Nose Creek Pathway, which runs between the Telus Center and Confluence Park.
In northwest Calgary, enjoy scenic paths through several attractive parks: Bowness Park, Bownont Park, & Twelve Mile Coulee, connected by the Bow River Pathway.
A series of trails running through a ravine in North Toronto, connecting Sunnybrook Park with the Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens in the west. Mainly wooded, and even some hill opportunities! Can connect to our Edwards Gardens/Lower Don route.
In addition to the Ravine Trail and the Don Valley trails, good additional running options in North York are the Upper Don Trail, the 15 km Finch Hydro Corridor Trail, G Ross Lord Park, and the York University campus, and some parkland trails accessible from there.
Enjoy a trail run in the largest urban park in North America! There are many km of trails, with options for all abilities. Combination of meadows, forests, wetlands and farmland, with some views of the Rouge and Little Rouge rivers.
Three multi-use trails in cities north of Nashville that are nice for running: the 4.5 mile Hendersonville Greenway along the Columbia River through two parks; the 3.8 mile White House Greenway, and the 2.5 mile Springfield Greenway.
This historic town 20 miles south of Nashville has some nice running! Combine Pinkerton Park, Fort Granger, downtown, & the Franklin Greenway for an 8-miler. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm is a historic horse farm with a 5k soft track across rolling farmland.
A pleasant 200-acre park for running in the Lucan area of western Dublin. North-south paths through a combination of woods & open space. Can make a 5.5 km loop, with add-on possible in Vesey Park. Site of parkrun & nearby running track.
Dodder Valley Park has nice paths along the River Dodder. For a longer loop, combine with Tymon Park. Marlay Park has nice paths around woods & sports pitches. Bushy Park has more paved paths along the Dodder, & adjacent Rathfarnham Castle.
