Rouge National Urban Park is the largest urban park in North America. It’s located in Scarborough at the eastern end of Toronto’s city borders, bordering on Pickering. This is more of a trail running destinations, though there are options ranging from easy to moderate. Enjoy several km of wonderful paths in the Rouge Valley on paths through a combination of meadows, forests, wetlands and farmland, with some views of the Rouge and Little Rouge rivers. This trail guide has excellent information on loop options and level of difficulty.
