The best off-road running option in Jerusalem. The Rekevet, or Rail Trail, runs for several km from the central city to the Malcha Mall. Separate sections for pedestrians & bikers. A recent extension goes to Ein Kerem National Park.
The second largest green space in Tel Aviv after Yakron Park. Pleasant paths, wide lawns, and a pond that make this a nice spot for running. One can put together a ~4 km non-overlapping route here. In the southeastern part of the city.
Our favorite run in this city of 400,000 east of Denver is a linear park route from Sand Creek Park to Fred Thomas Park. Other good options are the Sand Creek Greenway and High Line Canal multi-use trails.
The signature St. Louis run. Memorial Plaza, Gateway Arch National Park, the new Brickline Trail and other downtown landmarks in this ~5 mile run. Can add Eads Bridge or the Riverfront Trail for more.
One of the best places to run in St. Louis. Paved multi-use path stretches for 12 miles from downtown to the Chain of Rocks Bridge. Great variety for runners: Mural Mile, Gateway Arch, levees, river views, historic industrial sections, and a unique bridge.
Two wonderful parks outside St. Louis: Queeny Park & Castlewood Park. Also, the Katy Trail, located near the airport, is a 250 mile trail across the eastern part of Missouri, and is a few miles from the airport.
A wealth of running options right in downtown Calgary. We've mapped two 10k loops, taking advantage of the numerous river pathways, pedestrian bridges, and parks. Also a 5k loop combining Prince's Island Park & Eau Claire Park.
The best bet for running in downtown Dallas. 3.5-mile elevated urban trail, between the American Airlines Center downtown and SMU. Pleasantly shaded in spots, good views, few street crossings. Lit at night! Can do return loop via Turtle Creek Trail.
