Blackstone River Bikeway: Worcester Section

Creative Commons: John Phelan

For those looking for an off-road run in Worcester, the Blackstone River Bikeway is one of the better options. The bikeway is a planned 48 mile mutli-use path between Worcester and Providence, with 17 miles already completed. The Worcester section runs for 2.6 miles between N Main St. in Millbury and the Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center. While a good way to get off road, this section of the path won’t win too many awards for scenery, as it runs alongside a tangle of busy roads.

Essentials
  • Up to 2.6 miles one-way
  • 63 feet one-way
  • South End: N Main St., Millbury; North End: Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center
