Turtle Head is a scenic peninsula in the Binhu District that sits between Lihu Lake and Taihu Lake. There are several km of scenic paths in the area that make for one of the more delightful runs in Wuxi. Yuantouzhu Park on Turtle Head Isle features lakeside paths and nature paths through landscaped gardens. Note: Special during cherry blossom season.

Overall, one can do about 5-7 km in the park. There’s a nice variety, with some parts along the lake and others through gardens. There’s also a mix of terrain, including some rolling hills. Some paths are paved, while others are a more natural surface. There’s an Arboretum at the south and, and an extra section that goes into Wuxi Lihu National Wetland Park

Note: Cherry Blossom Avenue is special during cherry blossom season. Go early to beat the crowds!
