Just outside of Napa, Westwood Hills park includes a well-maintained 2.3 mile loop over a series of rolling hills. The hills provide some challenge, but the trail is non-technical, culminating with some great views overlooking the city of Napa and the surrounding vineyards.

One of the main roads along the Napa Valley, The Silverado Trail features a wide paved shoulder which makes it perfect for a scenic run of any length. We’ve also mapped several loop options.
The signature Napa trail run, Skyline Wilderness Park includes miles of varied trails. A favorite for running is the River to Ridge Trail, a 5.6 mile out and back to Kennedy Park.
A favorite loop from Athletic Feat in central Union, this 5 mile paved road route uses gems like the Dry Creek Road, Linda Vista Ave, and the Napa Valley Vine Trail. Extend into Alston Park for more mileage.
Run the rolling gravel singletrack of Alston Park for a 3 mile loop with great views from green hillsides. Options to extend the route along Dry Creek Road.
Our routes north of Napa city not only include scenic flat roads and loops along The Silverado Trail, but a variety of trail runs in Robert Louis Stevenson and Bothe Napa Valley State Parks.
Routes in the south of Napa Valley include the bike path and lightly trafficked streets of Stanly Lane and the waterfront San Francisco Bay Trail through American Canyon.
