This is a nice run in the northern part of Helsingborg that features the Kullaleden Helsingborg National Forest and Pålsjö Nature Reserve. It’s nearly all on paths, through a combination of wooded and more open, farm-like terrain.
Tunnel of Love. CC: Jörg Blobelt
We pick up the route at at Örestrandsbadet beach (the northern end of our ‘Runseeing’ Tour), heading north on Strandvägen for 0.6 km to connect to a pleasant running path. Duck just east to the ‘Tunnel of Love‘, a path through beautiful trees. Then follow the Landborg Promenade (Landborgspromenaden) path, skirting the Kullaleden Helsingborg national forest, then on the farm-like paths around the Pålsjö nature reserve. For the return, you can either take the Dag Hammarskjölds väg path back to the Landborg Promenadede, or, for varierty, take Strandvägen, which has a sidewalk/cycle path and features some nice water views.
Add-On: This can be part of a longer run incorporating our ‘Runseeing’ Tour, the northern end of which is at Örestrandsbadet beach, the start point of this route.

A great way to get introduced to Helsingborg, and hits all the highlights: Old Town, a path along the marina, and several parks: Vikingsberg, Öresundsparken, Slottshagen, & Stadsparken.
A pleasant run through a series of small parks in esastern Helsingborg. The route is on a combination of pedestrian and cycle paths. Distance is up to 5.8 km one-way, between the Olympia stadium/recreation center and the Ramlösa health resort.
There's some nice waterfront running in Råå, a suburb popular for its beach and nature preserve just a few km north of Helsingborg. We've mapped a route of up to 5.5 km one-way -- nearly all of it on a gravel path near the water.
Take a 20-minute ferry ride to Helsingør, Denmark for spectacular running around the Kronborg -- the 16th-century castle that's the model for Elsinore in Hamlet -- and on waterfront paths along the Øresund Strait.
