For some pleasant and easy trail running, Hunn Nature Park is a good bet. The park is located in the southern part of Dover. There are 1.5-2.0 miles of trails through a combination of woodland and around wetlands. There’s a nice new pedestrian bridge over Racetrack Pond.
There are not any good digital maps of the park. This blog piece written by a local is a helpful resource.
Longer Run: The St. Jones Greenway is just north of Hunn Park. Best accessed by running through the Food Lion parking lot.
