The area around the National Stadium offers a decent opportunity for some off-road running. There are some paths, several fields in the adjacent National Coaching Center, and a running track. This is a popular area for all things athletic in Karachi — you’ll always find folks jogging and sprinting, practicing cricket, volleyball, basketball, and other sports. There are several athletic facilities that visitors can use (fee might be required).
