This is a guide to the best places to run in the Fox Valley area, just south of Green Bay and along Lake Winnebago. Includes Kaukauna, Appleton, Menasha, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac. It’s a nice collection of waterfront paths, and some longer distance multi-use trails. For some trail running, head to Highcliff State Park or the Bubolz Nature Preserve.

Runners should note that winter is the real deal in this area. Be prepared clothing wise. And some of the trails on our routes are used for XC skiing in winter.
