Kilally Meadows Trails & Multi-Use Path

Kilally Meadows Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) is a preserve situated within the floodplain of the North Thames River, in the northeast part of London. There are 10.3 km of trails through open meadows, riverside woods and swamps. The trails on the west side of the river are fairly easy trail running, generally flat and with good footing. On the east side of the river is the Thames Valley Parkway, which extends for 3.2 km between Adelaide Street and Highbury Avenue.

For a longer run, head south of Kilally Meadows on the Thames Valley Parkway path (east side of the river) into Kilally Valley park, then toward the Western University Campus and more if you like!
