Just outside the center of Poznań, there’s lovely running in Sołacki Park, around Rusałka Lake, and the Alpinarium Botanical Garden. These can be run separately or combined for a longer run that can also include Citadel Park. There’s also a running track at Stadion Lekkoatletyczny Golęcin at the northwest end of the lake. Pro tip: Post-run at Bike Cafe Rusałka
Start at the Citadel Park parking lot, and run west on a multi-use path through Adam Wodziczko Park to Sołacki Park. It’s a nicely landscaped park, with a combination open and wooded landscape, and two small lakes. It’s ~2 km through the park, on pleasant paths. At its west end, cross over Highway 433 into the sports complex, which features a stadium, tennis courts, and a terrific running track. This also connects to the path that runs along the north side of Rusałka Lake. The paved & path around the lake is 3.6 km, featuring some nice lake views on gentle rolling hills. There are markers every 500m, and additional wooded paths on the south side of the lake.
