In the central part of Incheon, replete with big skyscrapers and major businesses, it’s possible to stitch together an off-road run of nearly 8 km, along paths passing through a series of narrow parks. There are two sections of the run.
Starting just north of Incheon City Hall, head south on a path through Central Park, and then through several several small parks for 3.2 km. You’ll pass City Hall, the Incheon Culture & Art Center, and a large shopping mall, reaching the area of Incheon Munhak Stadium, where there’s a public running track. The paths through this section are pleasantly shaded.
For a longer run, head east for 0.5 km on Maesohol-ro, and then continue south on a path along a narrow canal and through a small green area. This section is up to 4 km one-way, ending neae the Dongchun subway.
