Features:
Roads on South Caicos are quieter than Grand Turk and Providenciales, but do not have much of a shoulder. If you choose to run here, the best bet is the north peninsula side of the island, where traffic is lightest. The long (unnamed) road that passes by the Sailrock Resort is about 7 km, and lovely.
Runners can also pick their way through the grid-like streets of Cockburn Harbour. There are no sidewalks, but there are plenty of colorful shacks, beach views, and people watching opportunities to make your time worthwhile.
