There’s no better place for a quick health-supporting jog than the aptly named Parque de Salud. This property of the Instituto de Previsión Social hospital is located in the Santo Domingo neighborhood of central Asunción. It’s a large wooded park with a shady, paved multi-use path. The loop is only 1.5 km, so most runners will want to complete several passes, but there is also stationary strength training in the park.
