The Crossings of Colonie, located 6 miles north of Albany, is a pleasant park featuring a series of paved trails passing through fields, meadows, and woodlands. The park also contains a small arboretum. A perimeter route of the park is nearly 3 miles.
Adjacent to the park is the indoor Rudy. A Ciccotti Family Recreation Center, which features a running track track, a pool, and other fitness facilities for adults.
