This tour of three parks, connected by a multi-use path, is a great way to do a 10k (or longer) off-road run just 2 km north of downtown Nantes. We’ve mapped an out and back route through the three parks, but there are options to choose other paths through the parks.

We start at the closest park to downtown, Parc Procé. Enjoy a ~1.5 km loop of the park, enjoying its beautiful trees and 18th century manor.  Head out the west end and continue along the gravel Val de la Chézine multi-use path for 2.5 km to the Parc de la Chézine (At the 2 km mark, there’s a running track in Parc des Dervallières). Run for ~1 km along the pleasant streamside gravel paths in Parc de la Chézine. There’s a lovely canopy here. Then, do a loop through Parc de la Bégraisière. For the return, retrace your steps through the parks, though there are some options to use some different paths.

Add-Ons: Running track in Parc des Dervallières.
