Westminster Ponds, located in the southern part of London, is part of a large preserve (‘Environmentally Sensitive Area’) and a popular spot for fairly easy trail running. There are 11 km of trails through meadows, bogs, woods, and some five ponds. Due to the boggy nature of the terrain, some half of the trails are on boardwalks. The trails are blazed with yellow markers and are generally flat with a few short hills.

This is a popular birding area.
