Town Centre Park. This 100-acre park located in downtown Coquitlam and is a favorite for running. There are 4-5 km of trails, with several loops that partially overlap. The Perimeter Trail is 2.7 km. A loop around LaFarge Lake is 1.2 km. There’s also an excellent running track. PARK MAP
- Longer Option: Take David Ave. east for 0.5 km to access the Coquitlam River trail. Alternatively, just to the west of Town Centre Park is Hoy Creek Trail — a flat, gravel multi-use path that runs south from David Ave. to the Barnet Hwy.
