Another short but sweet running option is the International Center (Convention Center), in the Deportivo area of Acapulco. This convention center has plenty of concrete to pound, and it’s surrounded by safe sidewalks and greenery. The typical loop starting from the “Glorieta” statue is 1.5 km.
Some runners head next door to the Club de Golf Acapulco to run the spiral path up the hill. The golf club is not officially open to the public, but locals report it’s possible to visit on foot.
