If you crave more waterfront running, head south of Casablanca to the laid back, family-friendly Tamaris seaside area. There’s a nice, wide path running along the P3012 road, with excellent views of the water. From the Hôtel des Arts, it’s ~5 km to Babaloo Beach, which can be extended on a sand path to the Entre Deux Mers place of worship (tidally dependent!). Note this is a rolling hill route — nothing steep, but it always seems you’re going up or down.
There’s good beachfront and swimming along the way, plus the usual cadre of surf shops and restaurants.
