Cebu City Tour

This route allows one to see Cebu’s highlights on runnable roads, and is easy to follow. We start with a ~1.3 km loop on the paths around Fort San Pedro/Plaza Independencia, seeing the remains of an 18th-century Spanish fort that now houses a garden and museum. Then, take OsmeƱa Blvd., heading away from the water. This wide, 4-lane boulevard is Cebu’s main commercial route, and passes by many key sites in the 2.2 km to the Fuente OsmeƱa Circle. There are good sidewalks for running, as you pass the iconic Basilica Minore del Santo NiƱo, the University of Cebu, the Colonnade Mall, Cebu City Sports Center (running track!), & more. The out and back route is 6.5 km. Note: it’s a gradual climb headed toward OsmeƱa Circle.

Add-Ons: Connect to our waterfront and/or our CCLEX Bridge routes.

Note: Running track might require a small admission fee.

Essentials
  • 6.5 km (4 miles) out and back, with add-on options
  • 38m (124 feet)
  • Fort San Pedro
