Coombe Abbey Country Park, located about 5 miles east of Coventry Center, is a lovely spot for a run. The 500-acre green space features a network of paths through
historic woodlands, gardens and lakes. There’s a wildflower meadow, and at the east end, histroic Coombe Abbey, now a hotel. It’s a nice mix of open and wooded space. The park has a Visitor Center & a cafe. 

Overall, there are 5-6 miles of walking trails. This park map shows three suggested marked loops. Combined would be a ~6 mile run.
