Though it’s typically too wet for running in the warm months, Goldstream Public Use Area is a good choice for off-season running. Here you’ll find the multi-use Tanana Valley Railroad Trail and the El Dorado Creek Trail, which are both maintained for winter use. The Tanana Valley Railroad Trail runs between Ballaine Road and Goldstream Creek and is ~2miles. The Eldorado Creek Trail begins further south on Eldorado Road and continues northeast to Bucks Drive, ~3-4 miles.
