Head to the Gdańsk waterfront for some fantastic running through President Ronald Reagan Park, Brzeźnieński Park, and a scenic path along the Gulf of Gdańsk. This is one of several running opportunities along the beach that extends for nearly 11 km in Gdańsk, Sopot, and Gdynia. Note: Plaża=Beach
This route is anchored by the multi-use path that runs from President Ronald Reagan Park to the Zachodni lighthouse, paralleling Jelitkowo Beach and Brzezno Beach. The paved path has separate sections for pedestrians and cyclists. Note that for most of the way, the beach is blocked by trees, so there aren’t water views. It’s 5.5 km one-way from Ronald Reagan Park to the lighthouse, including a jaunt out the Brzeźno Pier. The best water views are from the pier, and then the just south of Brzeźnieński Park to the lighthouse.

Beach Running: This is also one long beach, but the sand is very soft and not great for running.
President Ronald Reagan Park &Brzeźnieński Park. As part of this run, include the wonderful trails in these two parks.
Reagan Park is a gem, with both paved and gravel paths, a lake, and numerous other features. The section closer to the water is more wooded, while the western section is more open. The park runs for ~2.3 km north-south and ~1 km east-west. A loop of the park’s paths is ~5 km. NOTE: Parkrun every Satruday, 9am.
Brzeźnieński Park. This 19th-century park toward the southern end of the route is more landscaped, with lovely paths, Prussian fortification remains, a beach promenade, and a pier. The park’s interior has mainly wooded paths (combination paved & gravel), and then more of a promenade that goes out to the lighthouse.
Add-On: You can run along the waterfront path north of Reagan Park for another 6.5 km toward Gdynia, which includes Sopot Pier, Orłowo Pier, and additional paths in Northern Park (Park Północny). ROUTE
