Denver is a large and sprawling city, so we’ve divided our running guide into downtown/central and ‘suburbs’ sections. Our Denver: Suburbs guide has routes south and west of I-25 toward the foothills, including Lakewood, Littleton, Golden, and Englewood. We also have routes north and east of Denver in Aurora & Commerce City, toward Denver International Airport. There’s a nice variety of routes here, ranging from several linear parks and extensive multi-use trails.
