The website SeeMallorca has wonderful suggestions for hiking and walking in Mallorca. Here are a few that we think are especially good for running.
Petra to the Hermitage (Santuari) of Bonany. Quiet roads with pretty views as you run from Petra to the”Cathedral of the Mountains”. From Petra, Take C. d’En Font, LEFT on C. California, and then LEFT on C.des Barracar Baix, which leads to Cami de Bonany. This road has stone walls and passes pretty vineyards. There’s a steep climb for 2 km leading to the Cathedral. MAP
Ses Fontes Ufanes. Near Campanet. Numerous options for running here. Paths along the riverbank (depending on season) and along natural springs. wooded paths, and some more open dirt roads and paths. Also some of the roads in the area are quite quiet and scenic.
Albufereta Wetlands. 5 km south of Port d’Alcudia. Large area popular for birdwatching has numerous trails, mostly paved. One can do 9+ km here. Some coastal and canal-side trails, and interior sections that are pastoral, passing small villages, farms, and lovely homes. TRAIL MAP (Wikipedia).

The signature run on Mallorca is the seaside promenade that runs for several km along the bay. The palm-lined path goes from Palma 3 km west to Portopí and 6km east to Portixol and Cala Gamba. Can continue another 8 km to S'Arenal.
Another section of the nearly 20 km of lovely waterside running along the Bay of Palma. This runs from Cala Gamba in Gentilicio for 8.5 km southeast to the boat club in S'Arenal. Wonderful water views and a dedicated path most of the way.
Our 6.5 km 'runseeing' tour of Palma. Enjoy seaside promenades and a tour of the city's key parks, monuments, scenic squares, and historical sights in the area known as ‘El Casco Antiguo’. Can add at Parc De les Estacions or seaside promenade.
This is a great 7 km loop incorporating several small but pretty parks, a section along a canal, the plaza around the Cathedral, and the seaside promenade. It skirts the outside of the Old City. Numerous add-on options.
The 13th century Bellver Castle sits on top of a hill of pine trees about 3 km west of Palma and 112m above sea level. We've mapped a 7 km route that does a larger circle loop. It's a fun and challenging run, and includes roads and wooded paths.
In the northeast of Mallorca, we recommend a combination run of the restored walled city of Alcúdia, then taking one of the pretty roads for 1.5 km down to the coast and enjoying the 4 km seaside promenade along Port d'Alcúdia.
