Noosa, Australia

Sunrise Beach to Peregian Beach

Known as Noosa’s eastern beaches, the Sunrise Beach to Peregian Beaches area offer a more chilled and quiet experience than Noosa’s main beach. Running between the two offers a mixture of pristine beach views and bushland, along with the ability to admire the luxury waterfront houses in the area.

Much of the 6.5 km one-way route is on a bike path adjacent to David Low Way, the main road in the area.

If you are there during August and November keep an eye out for the passing whales who can frequently be seen playing in the area during their migration journey.

Add on:  Following the beach north (running on the sand) will get you to the Noosa National Park trails via a steep set of stairs and back to Noosa Heads.
