Wilson’s Creek Greenway is a paved multi-use trail in southern Springfield that runs for nearly 5 miles along Wilson’s Creek. The trail starts in Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park, a 200+ acre community farm. It’s a nice 1.5 mile section of the trail in the park. Then, head south on the trail, through mainly open terrain and some farmland, as far as Tal’s Trailhead at Farm Rd. 123.
Add-Ons: The southern end of the trail intersects with the S Creek Greenway: south for 1.2 miles to W Republic Rd., or north for up to 7 miles to McDaniel Park, passing by Nathanael Greene Park.
