This is a green, hilly park run that features some terrific views of the Vlatava River and the historic section of Prague. Vítkov is a historic hill & park with the monumental National Memorial complex at its summit. It’s located just to the east of Old Town. There are wide, grand paths in the park. The best way to experience Vítkov is to start at the eastern end and run along Pražačka, which is the main path. It’s 1.3 km to the Memorial, which features great city views.

For a longer run, combine with Sady Park (Riegrovy sady) just to the south. Run through the roads near the Viktoria Žižkov Stadium complex for ~1 km. It’s another popular green space, also with good city views from the observation deck. A loop of the park is ~1 km.

Letná Park is an oasis of green in the city, offering stunning views from across the Vltava River. The park has lovely shaded, level paths, mature trees, and a colorful assortment of bushes. Combine with Stromovka Park for a longer run.
Stromovka is the largest park in the city and the most popular park in Prague for jogging. Enjoy the shaded paths as you wind your way along the numerous well maintained paths looping past the Marold panorama. Can combine with Letná Park.
This route moves away from the City Center to get a glimpse of everyday Czech life along with the Břevnov Monastery, and Star Game Reserve, a 210 acre forest park. and protected natural monument.
Large nature preserve is a great running option in the Prague 6 residential area and near Václav Havel Airport. Many km of trails -- a combination of easier, paved walking trails in the valley to some hillier, more rugged terrain.
There's an extensive series of large parks south of Prague, offering some nice running on mainly wooded trails. These include Kunratický les Park, Nature Park Hostivař-Záběhlice, Přírodní park Botič - Milíčov, & Přírodní park Meandry Botiče.
