Features:
Greenbury Point is a peninsula just east of Annapolis, at the mouth of the Severn River and overlooking Whitehall Bay. This popular birding area is also a very pleasant spot for a run, featuring some pretty water views and a nature trail through marshy woods. The easier running is a 2.3-mile loop around the peninsula on E and W roads, which are wide gravel paths. Combine this with the nature trails, including the Poet’s Nature Trail and the Timberdoodle Trail for a nearly 4-mile run. These trails are narrower but have decent footing.
