It’s worth the small fee to enjoy a run around the Royal Park Rajapruek, an area of beautifully landscaped grounds that’s a popular visitor destination in Chiang Mai. The nearly 200-acre grounds feature plants from all around the world, divided into three sections: Thai gardens, Corporate gardens, and International gardens.
Visitors are permitted to run on the paths around the grounds, as long as rules and crowds are respected. Note: The park has set hours and admission fees. More info. The park is located ~10 km southwest of central Chiang Mai, adjacent to the Grand Pavilion (Hor Kham Luang) and just east of the Wat Phrathat Doi Kham temple.
