Calallen Neighborhood

Fancy a run with interesting architecture and tree-lined streets? Calallen is the go-to residential neighborhood for running in Corpus Christi. It’s located about 15 miles west of downtown off I-37. The areas surrounding the River Hills Country Club is especially pretty. There is a pleasant 1-mile concrete path bisecting the neighborhood, but almost every street is bordered by a nice sidewalk. Red River Drive, Spring Creek Drive, Beal Drive, Santa Gertrudis Drive, and River Park Drive are some of our favorites, but almost anywhere you run in this neighborhood is lovely. We’ve mapped a 4 mile route to provide an example.
