Creative Commons 2.0

Toward the southern end of the south coast, there’s nearly 6 miles of scenic waterfront running on a promenade from Broadstairs north through Kingsgate, Margate, and Westgate. The wide paved path changes names several times, but stays right along the water, with great views out to the North Sea. Margate is the largest town in the area. and has a train station.
