This is a gem of a run in Prinsted — just a few blocks south of Southbourne and near Ermsworth and Chichester. A very clear path that takes runs for several miles along the beach, weaving through fields of flowers and past lovely beach houses. Near the map kiosk, there is a picture of a sign that situates the runner. You can run at least 4 miles one way — and longer during low tide. Our thanks to Kassie Helm for this route!

The path is very clear and easy to follow and there are runners and dog walkers and walkers/strollers who all share the path easily. and friendly.
Pro tip: the start/end of the run is in front of a cute little coffee shop called Southbourne Sea Scouts. Note: Check for tide times!
