In addition to some of our mapped routes in the Saratoga Springs area, here are our recommendations for some pleasant, lightly trafficked roads that are scenic and enjoyable for running.
Downtown Saratoga Springs. Broadway is a historic street, with wonderful Victorian-era buildings. There are numerous leafy residential side streets off Broadway that are delightful for running.
Saratoga Lake. Rt. 9P runs along the east side of Saratoga Lake for 7 miles. There are lake views along about half of the way. Note: no shoulder, and there can be numerous cars in season.
