Features:
Pearson Metropark is a historic park located in Oregon, a lakefront suburb east of Toledo. The park was built during the Depression and features some historic buildings, recreation facilities, a small lake, and a popular sledding hill in winter. One can put together a run of several miles using the numerous marked trails. This park map has excellent information on the various trail & loop options.
A good loop option is the 2.9 mile Exercise Trail on a crushed gravel surface around the perimeter of the park. For a longer run, combine with the 2.6 mile Black Trail on the northern side of Starr Ave. The interior trails are wooded. There’s also a dedicated bike lane on the one-way park road.
Essentials
- Combine the 2.9 mile Exercise Trail and the 2.6 mile Black Trail for a 5.5 mile loop!
- Park entrance at Navarre Ave. & Lallendorf Rd.
