Greensboro has some lovely historic neighborhoods just north of downtown, featuring canopied streets and gracious older homes. We start close to downtown with a tour of Fisher Park, where you can run on the park perimeter road or on paths though the park. Then take the tree-lined Parkway Ave. to the Latham Park neighborhood, which has lovely homes on sidewalked streets. Use Latham Rd. north for 1 mile to the Old Irving Park neighborhood, then doing a loop of the Country Club area using Country Club Dr., Sunset Dr., & Woodland Dr. Then head south on Briarcliffe Rd., completing the loop through Fisher Park.
Add-Ons/Modifications: Enjoy running additional streets in these attractive neighborhoods. Additional options on the greenways as well.
