In southern Sacramento, this is a lovey run combining William Land Park and the adjacent neighborhood. Land Park is an upscale residential area, with lovely, tree-lined streets and historic homes. Start with a 3.6 mile loop around Land Park, passing beautiful gardens and picnic areas, the William Land Golf Course, several baseball fields,  “Fairytale Town,” and Funderland. Run it standalone or combine with a section of the Sacramento River Bike Trail.

For a longer run, enjoy the beautiful residential streets of the Land Park & Upper Land Park neighorhood, which lies north of the park to Broadway, and west to the River. There’s also the Sacramento River Bike Trail, for more running.
