Weserufer Park

Google Street View

Weserufer Park is a waterfront park in the Rablinghausen section of Bremen. It’s adjacent to a more industrial area, with ports and cargo ships. There’s a gravel path mainly along the Weser River that’s a 3.5 km straight shot from the northern to southern end, making for a flat, easy 7k run. The terrain is generally open, with fields and water views. In the middle of the park is a stadium and a decent running track.

Access from Bremen: Make it a longer run by accessing from Bremen center, ~3.5 km. Use the Bürgermeister-Smidt bridge, then follow Ladestraße.

Essentials
  • 7 km out and back on the park's main path
  • Flat
  • #24 bus from center of Bremen to Rablinghausen stop.
