Eulsukdo Island

Google Street View

Eulsukdo Island is a delta island located south of Busan’s city center, and is a popular spot for walking and birdwatching. There are numerous scenic paths around the island, making for a scenic off-road run with some nice water views and interesting vegetation. A loop around the perimeter is just short of 6 km, with the ability to add on some interior trails. The bridge heading over to Eulsukdo Island from the mainland and Hadan station has a decent walkway, with good water views.

Longer Run: On the mainland, the south section of the Nakdong River run is good for adding some km.

Essentials
  • Loop around the perimeter is 5.7 km (3.6 miles)
  • Generally Flat
  • On island, or from mainland Hadan Staton and run/walk over bridge (adds a couple of km)
  • Hadan Station Busan Subway Line 1, Exit 3 or 4
