The loop around Luhu Lake is one of the more scenic off-road runs in Guangzhou. The lake is located in the Yuexiu District, near the Guangzhou Museum of Art. The path around the lake is 3.7 km, featuring nice views of the water and surrounding mountains. There are some additional paths in Luhu Park, at the north end of the lake.
Longer Run: Luhu Lake is the southernmost area on Baiyun Mountain, where there are numerous additional options for running. Head north of Luhu Lake toward the Moxing Summit. This is very hilly, climbing 300+m. Numerous pathjs and trails.
