Pepperdine University & Malibu Bluffs

Pepperdine University enjoys a spectacular setting on the Malibu Bluffs. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a run around a bucolic university campus and then dip down to the water. Start at Campus Way, and take an approximately 2-mile jaunt around the campus, using Campus Walk and other paths. Then, take Civic Center Way toward the Malibu Library, enjoying a section through Legacy Park, crossing Highway 1, and then the paths around the Malibu Lagoon, down to Malibu Point. Then, run for 1.5-2 miles west along Malibu Colony Rd./Malibu Rd., where there are some interesting homes and occasional Pacific Views. Using either the paths of Malibu Bluffs or John Tyler Dr. to climb back to the university.
