For a scenic off-road run passing farms, vineyards and orchards, we recommend the International Hike and Bike Trail in the southern part of the Okanagan Valley. This flat, wide,  path runs for 13.5 km, from the Inkaneep Provincial Park, just off the Okanagan Highway, south through the agricultural town of Oliver, to Rd. 15 off the Okanagan Highway. The trail is part paved, part gravel. There are great views, facilities, and interpretive. signs. Some sections are along the Okanagan River channel.

Choose any section of the trail. For a more central access point, the trail passes by the Oliver Visitor Center. From there, it’s up to 5 km north or 8 km south along the trail.

This trail can be extended for another 6.6 km, using a path along the Okanagan River channel, to the north end of Osoyoos Lake.
